• Booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
• The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of arrival, as agreed.
• Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of the booking.

• Only the services specifically mentioned in the itinerary or quotation are included.
• Any service not mentioned under “Package Includes” will be treated as excluded and charged separately.

• Standard hotel check-in/check-out timings apply.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Hotel room category is provided as confirmed in the package.
• Any damages caused by guests to hotel property shall be borne by the guest.

• Vehicle will be provided as per the confirmed package.
• Drivers will follow all traffic rules and legal driving hours.
• Air conditioning may be switched off on steep hill roads or when the vehicle is stationary if required for vehicle performance.
• Vehicle changes may occur due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances.

• Sightseeing is subject to weather conditions, traffic, road conditions, local authority restrictions, and monument opening hours.
• Attractions marked “Optional” or “If Time Permits” are not guaranteed.
• The itinerary may be modified for operational or safety reasons.

Unless specifically mentioned, the package does not include:

• Entry Tickets
• Jeep Safari
• Elephant Safari
• Boating
• Water Sports
• Cable Car / Ropeway
• Adventure Activities
• Camera Charges
• Personal Guide Charges

Guests must pay directly for these services.

• Cancellation charges apply according to the booking date and supplier policies.
• Hotel, transport, and activity cancellations are governed by the respective service provider’s policies.
• No refund will be provided for unused services, no-shows, delayed arrivals, or early departures.

The Dream Route Escapes is not responsible for delays or changes caused by:

• Traffic
• Weather
• Landslides
• Floods
• Road Closures
• Government Restrictions
• Political Disturbances
• Vehicle Restrictions
• Flight or Train Delays
• Natural Disasters
• Any Force Majeure Event

The itinerary may be changed without prior notice if required for safety or operational reasons.

Guests are solely responsible for:

• Cash
• Mobile Phones
• Cameras
• Jewellery
• Luggage
• Passports
• Identity Documents
• Other Personal Belongings

The Dream Route Escapes shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.

• Guests must ensure they are medically fit to travel.
• Any medical treatment, medicines, hospitalization, ambulance, emergency evacuation, or related expenses shall be borne entirely by the guest.

Travel involves inherent risks. By booking the tour, guests voluntarily accept these risks.

Guests participate in sightseeing, road travel, boating, wildlife visits, trekking, jeep safaris, elephant rides, water sports, and all other activities at their own risk.

The Dream Route Escapes shall not be liable for any injury, illness, disability, accident, loss, theft, damage, delay, medical emergency, or death arising from:

• Road accidents
• Natural disasters
• Weather conditions
• Wildlife encounters
• Adventure activities
• Optional activities
• Acts or omissions of independent third-party service providers
• Medical conditions
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

In the event of an accident, injury, illness, disability, or death, The Dream Route Escapes may assist in contacting local authorities, hospitals, emergency services, or family members where reasonably possible. However, all medical expenses, evacuation costs, insurance claims, legal expenses, compensation claims, funeral or repatriation costs, and related liabilities shall remain the sole responsibility of the guest or their legal representatives, subject to applicable law.

Guests are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel and medical insurance before commencing the tour.

Guests must behave respectfully toward:

• Drivers
• Hotel Staff
• Local Guides
• Local Residents
• Other Tourists

The Dream Route Escapes reserves the right to terminate services without refund in cases of:

• Illegal Activities
• Misconduct
• Violence
• Harassment
• Drug Abuse
• Excessive Alcohol Consumption
• Damage to Property
• Threatening Behaviour

Any damage caused by guests to:

• Hotels
• Resorts
• Vehicles
• Boats
• Tourist Attractions
• Public Property

shall be paid directly by the guest.

Parents or guardians are fully responsible for the safety, supervision, and conduct of children travelling with them.

The Dream Route Escapes may use photographs or videos captured during the tour for promotional purposes unless the guest provides written notice before the tour begins.

Travel insurance is not included in the package.

Guests are strongly advised to purchase travel, medical, accident, and baggage insurance before the trip.

The Dream Route Escapes acts as a tour operator and travel coordinator, arranging services through independent hotels, transport providers, activity operators, and other suppliers.

While we take reasonable care in selecting our service providers, we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, negligence, delays, cancellations, service deficiencies, or operational failures.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the amount paid directly to The Dream Route Escapes for the affected services.

Any dispute arising from the booking shall be governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, the courts having jurisdiction over the principal place of business of The Dream Route Escapes shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

By making any payment or confirming a booking, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.
